    This order wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. Initially I had to contact customer service as I was being charged for postage on an item that stated postage free. I emailed the customer service team and they sorted the glitch very quickly. When the barbell arrived the clips provide were too big. Again, I emailed customer service and received new clips within a few days. The barbell and weights are great and I am enjoying using them. The customer service was excellent too.
