We are great believers in the impact of the small things and the importance of the ‘contribution of the many’ by small actions. That’s why we’re committed to making smart use of the Earth’s resources. We recognise that we have a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as a key part of our business strategy and operating methods.

At STRONGER, we strive to build sustainability into what we do, one step at a time!

We constantly look for ways to be even more responsible in our use of resources and encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same whenever we find the right opportunity. Suggesting the kettle to be boiled only for the cuppa you are making and not full if not needed

Flowers everywhere

Wild flower garden outside of the office and on top of our office. Next steps are to replace the lawn for wildflowers too! Water is collected from the roofs for the gardens. Insects and birds houses have been created. We cherish having an outdoor call being visited by bees, birds and butterflies.

Ask our partners to minimize the amount of packing and/or work together to do that

Suggest our logistics partners to go towards electric cars. Making this choice for us too!

Plan ahead 

Planning ahead of time helps, so that we use the most environmentally friendly transport but let's be honest about it, normally those are also more cost effective so it is a win win

Less print please

Our budget for printing has gone down and will continue to go down as most of our activities and campaigns go digital. Sounds cheeky but we try to reuse as much as possible the envelopes and packaging from what comes to the office. Our logos have also a 70% less ink version which are using for print as priority.

Fly virtually

Our aim as a company is improve people's wellness by scouting the marketplace for the best from all over the world; when possibly we try to do that digitally and minimise our international travelling

Conference call...sure!

Likewise, face to face meetings are very valuable and we absolutely love them but our contracts with Google and other technologies allows us to use the best in technology again to be more environmentally friendly and efficient

You don't need that light

We seek to reduce the amount of energy used as much as possible. Constantly asking the question, ‘Do you really need that extra light?’

Turn it off if you don't use it

Lights and electrical equipment will be switched off when not in use

Environmental modes ON

Heating is adjusted to recommended environmental modes ON. Easy rule of thumb for our office is, before you turn the heating up, ask ‘Am I dressed for winter or summer’?

Energy and Efficiency

The energy consumption and efficiency of new products will be taken into account when purchasing and we try as much as possible to pay the little extra for more efficient products with environmentally modes on. We will favour more environmentally friendly and efficient products and services as part of the equation

Reuse

We reuse and recycle everything we are able to at our office. A good practice we learned was to check your bins from time to time and go...'could we have found an alternative for that?"

Green services

Our office energy and gas supplier provides their services from green sources

Cleaning materials

Our cleaning materials used are from ecover. Only when ecover or equal supplier doesn’t supply we purchase outside of the environmentally friendly range

Appropriate organisations

We will only use licensed and appropriate organisations to dispose of waste

The difference is in the little details

Our creatives have proposed and developed a version of our logo to prioritise on for print. Saving 70% of ink unlike our standard and digital branded version.
Less ink when printing ensures that the level of contamination will be lower by our packaging.
