1. SUMMARY

Are you ready to redefine ordinary gym spaces across the North? As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be our boots on the ground, shaking hands, forging relationships, and driving sales like a fitness fanatic at their favourite bootcamp. Your mission: to grow our customer base and hit those sales targets while representing the Stronger brand with flair. Get ready for plenty of travel, mainly around the UK and occasionally abroad – the world is your gym!


2. DESCRIPTION OF KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will be doing

Sales (50%)

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and product mix as agreed with Director.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and
  • strategic partners.
  • Utilise the CRM, customer lists and exhibition leads and data to proactively contact existing and prospective customers to promote the Stronger product offering supporting the Directors to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Assist or fly solo with the submission of tender responses  to deadline.
  • Prompt response to incoming sales enquiries.
  • Proposals and customer presentations to be created.


Market Analysis (10%)

  • Keep the directors updated on market conditions within the region, including the competition.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to maximise results and efficiency.
  • Continually learn new product and industry knowledge.

Organised Pro (10%)

  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly activities and pipeline forecasting are accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Compile sales and forecast reports as required.
  • Utilising CRM, customer lists and exhibition leads and data to proactively contact existing and prospective customers to promote the Stronger product offering supporting the Directors to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensuring the database is up to date.

Trainer Extraordinaire (10%)

  • Deliver product training, showcasing the benefits of our products to customers staff and others at all sites as required.
  • Keep abreast of all products and services that Stronger offer.

S7RONGER Ambassador (10%)

  •  Attend internal meetings, represent the business at trade shows and launch new products as needed.
  • Go to customer sites to meet teams and ensure all dimensions are correct as and when required.

Others

  • Other ad hoc duties to cover staff holiday and absence

3. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

None. You’re a solo superhero in this role.

4. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced user of SAP and/or a CRM system is desirable.
  • Tech Savvy. Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and/or Google Sheets and Google Docs equivalents.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Bonus points for a degree in sports science or similar background, preferred but not essential. Extra flex points :)
