FAQ


Where is my order?

You should have received an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. If you have not, please check spam filters. Other things to bear in mind:

  • Please check with the courier first for the status of your shipment
  • If your order arrives after 11am on Fridays, it will not be shipped until the next working day
  • If the item is in pre-sale, please remember that they wont be ready to ship until the date it originally mentioned in the description
  • If after 7 working days you still have not received your order please get in touch via email, whatsapp or phone in our contact details

How can I track my order? 

  • We'll provide a shipping timeline when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email.
  • Once we dispatch your order, we'll email you a link to your tracking information.
  • You may also receive delivery notifications from the couriers.
  • You can also track your order by clicking into your order email anytime.We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. 

Why have I not received an email confirming the order?

You know the drill here...check your spam, but if you have already done that then, check that your transaction was approved by your bank, if it was and you still cannot find your email, we do have your order and there is a high chance that you have a typo in your email. No need to camp by the door :) we will deliver! or of course drop us an email with the value of the order and your details and we will get back to you!

How do I change my order?
You can't make changes, but you can cancel your order before it ships within 60 minutes after you place your order. To cancel an order, give us a call or email us.
If you need to change an item's colour, size or quantity—or delivery address—simply cancel your order and place a new one. However, if you need to change the delivery address and the item has not been processed to leave we might still be able to catch it, call us / email us. Once an item is processed you can refer to the returns policy for the steps.

What do I need to collect my order?

  • Photo ID such as driving license or passport
  • If someone else is picking up your order, please provide that person with written permission, which includes your signature and a copy of your photo ID.

How do I return my strongerwellness.com order? Please head to this section

What about defective or flawed items? We stand behind our product ranges. If your item is defective or faulty and it's been less than 14 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options for returns explained previously. If it's been more than 14 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. Defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase within the warranty periods established within each product. 

Can I return a custom item? Give us a call. The answer is likely to be ‘sorry we cannot’, but if what you ordered is not crazy and we happen to know of another customer that is after a similar item around the same time we are more than happy to help!

Can I return my strongerwellness.com order to the Stronger warehouse? Yes, you can bring it to the warehouse. Please refer to the returns policy for steps. Bring your online proof of purchase, ID and the payment method used for your purchase. 

When do I get my refund? Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 working days from our side. Once we have processed them, they are usually applied back to the credit card within 5 - 10 business days depending on how your bank handles the funds. If you paid by bank transfer, you'll need to provide your bank details before we can issue your refund. 

Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards? No, you can only use one credit/debit card per order.
