HOW DO I RETURN MY STRONGER WELLNESS ORDER?
CHANGED YOUR MIND? Stronger wants you to be super excited with your purchase however if you need to return an item we are here to help.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your home purchase, simply send it back within 14 days in its original condition and we’ll refund the full cost of the items once they have been received and you have proof of purchase (If you are a business please refer to the terms and conditions).
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
- Items must not have been used
- Please DO NOT return items to the warehouse or our offices without initiating the return in the link below
- Ordinarily if you have your receipt or order confirmation we'll refund the original method you’ve used to purchase. For Gift Cards, we’ll refund to online credit
- We’re unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless faulty
- Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
- Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days from our side. Once we have processed them, they are usually applied back to the credit card within 5 - 10 business days depending on how your bank handles the funds.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM ITEM?
Give us a call. The answer is likely to be ‘sorry we cannot’, but if what you ordered is not crazy and we happen to know of another customer that is after a similar item around the same time we are more than happy to help!
