WHAT ARE STRONGERS' SHIPPING OPTIONS?

COVID NOTICE: Couriers are receiving, just like us, an unprecedented amount of orders and therefore they are trying their best to reach everyone on time. We pay for next day delivery but the reality of covid may differ to the next day service paid hence the 2-4 days notice.

COSTS AND TIMINGS:

During checkout, Stronger Members and guests can choose their preferred delivery option, you can see it before you put all your data for quicker view. We offer the following delivery options. Please ensure you also read the additional information:

Standard Delivery: Please ensure you read the additional information for exceptions based on location and other criterias. 

  • Current shipping times are 2-4 Business Days 
  • Starts at £4.9 from 1kg shipments
  • £11.9 from 1-30 kg, and according to carriers package standards for sizes. At checkout you will see the cost estimated by the items weight and volume
  • Certain products have free shipping and you can see it on the product page

Next day delivery: Currently not available

Bespoke Orders: If you have a bespoke order or a home project, lead times will be discussed directly with you

Collections: Currently not available from our warehouse in Redditch

Team Installation and Delivery services:

  • Additional ‘white glove’ special installation and delivery services are available. Please contact us to hello@strongerwellness.com or call us to discuss your requirements. We will build the equipment and deliver it to you in the desired location ‘ready to play’

Additional Information:

  • Delivery may take up to 6-8 extra business days for remote locations
  • If your item is a pre-sale item, it will begin shipping on the date stated on a first come first served basis
  • Due to the excessive weights of some of the orders, they will be split in a multi tracking shipping.
  • Monday to Friday order processing and delivery
  • Orders are taken up to 11am. After this, the order is processed the next business day. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend
  • For all Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands and overseas deliveries we will contact you about a bespoke delivery charge once an order has been placed or feel free to give us a call first
  • If you need express services, specific timed slots or weekend deliveries please call us to arrange special services
  • You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as your order is with the courier
  • Please try not to use all channels for the same request. So if you email, there is no need to message on social media messenger and call. 1 log of the request will get you the answer, we promise
  • If you ordered a Stages or Woodway kit, the team will be in touch to arrange a good time for delivery.

THERE’S BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, OR IT HASN’T YET BEEN DELIVERED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, please write to help@strongerwellness.com we will help you.

CAN YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU’RE ON YOUR WAY?

As soon as the shipment is booked with the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number for you to track your order. If you wish to have an specific time slot, please drop us an email to help@strongerwellness.com and we can see what extra options are available for this.

For deliveries with our teams for home projects or certain cardio products (Stages, Woodway, Treadmills, etc), you will get contacted to arrange a convenient time slot.
