MOST POPULAR FAQs
You should have received an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. If you have not, please check spam filters. Other things to bear in mind:
- Please check with the courier first for the status of your shipment
- If your order arrives after 11am on Fridays, it will not be shipped until the next working day
- If the item is in pre-sale, please remember that they won't be ready to ship until the date it originally mentioned in the description
- If after 7 working days you still have not received your order please get in touch via email or phone in our contact details
You know the drill here...check your spam, but if you have already done that then, check that your transaction was approved by your bank, if it was and you still cannot find your email, we do have your order and there is a high chance that you have a typo in your email. No need to camp by the door :) we will deliver! or of course drop us an email with the value of the order and your details and we will get back to you!
You can't make changes, but you can cancel your order before it ships within 60 minutes after you place your order. To cancel an order, give us a call or email us. If you need to change an item's colour, size or quantity—or delivery address— cancel your order and place a new one. However, if you need to change the delivery address and the item has not been processed to leave we might still be able to catch it for you! call us / email us. Once an item is processed you can refer to the returns policy for the right steps.
We'll provide a shipping timeline when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. Once we dispatch your order, we'll email you a link to your tracking information. - You may also receive delivery notifications from the couriers. - You can also track your order by clicking into your order email anytime.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your home purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the items once they have been received (If you are a business please refer to T&Cs). Items must be returned with all labels (if applicable) and original packaging.
If you received your order with less boxes than it shows on the label, please allow 3 business days for the courier company to catch up and raise it with them directly and if they don't come back to you then report it to us.
