Q: I placed an order (weekend date) and I still haven't received my shipping details.
A: If you placed an order during the weekend, its processing will start from the next business day. Please note that due to Lockdown our delivery times are currently 2-10business days.


Q: I ordered from (date) and I still haven't received my order.
A: If it has been 10 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received it, please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com. If this time has not yet expired, we ask for your patience. We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, always within the estimated fulfilment timeframe.


Q: I received an automatic email with my shipping details but the link does not work.
A: We recommend you go directly to the courier's website and copy and paste the information we have sent you. If after this, you are still having problems tracking your order, please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com and we will update you about the order.


Q:I ordered several items, but only some have been delivered/pieces are missing
A: The courier sometimes splits pieces of a consignment and delivers them on different days, so it is very likely that in the next couple of days they will finish delivering the rest of your order. If you have still not received the missing items after two days, please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com and we will investigate


Q: I received the wrong items
A: There are humans behind every shipment and occasionally, picking errors occur. If you have received the wrong item, please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com and we will make a plan to rectify the error. Notification of such errors must reach us within 30 days of purchase.


Q: I placed an order a moment ago, but I made a mistake in the address / phone number / item ordered, can I change it?
A: You can't make changes, but you can cancel your order yourself, before it ships within 60 minutes after you place your order.

If you realise you made a mistake more than 60 minutes after you placed your order, please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com and providing your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it for you. You can then place a new order with the correct details/products.

Q: Can I cancel the order?
A: If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com and providing it has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it for you.


Q: I have sent 2 or more emails asking about the status of my order and I have not received a response.
A: If you wrote on the weekend, keep in mind that our Opening Hours are Monday toFriday 9am - 5pm. Emails received on Saturday andSunday will be answered the next business day within 24 hours. Each email you write creates a Ticket in our system and for that reason we request that you send only one email and wait until someone from the Help Squad contacts you.


Q: I received my order and one (or more) of the products were damaged.
A: Stronger wants you to receive your items in perfect condition, however, occasionally, damage occurs in transit. Please write to us at help@strongerwellness.com and we will provide you with the best options to resolve it, in accordance with theConsumer Rights Act 2015. Notification of damaged items must reach us within30 days of purchase.


Q: How do I know if my order was received in the system?
A: As soon as you receive an email with the summary of your purchase, you will know that your order was correctly received. Once your order is processed and scheduled with the courier, you will receive an automatic email with your shipping details.


Q: The money was deducted from my account but I still have not received delivery details.
A: If 10 business days have passed since you placed your order and you have still not received a shipping email from us, please contact us at help@strongerwellness.com and we will give you all the information you require.
