All depends on the purpose.

They have these bars in my local David Lloyd. They are too thin and have too much whip to be ideal for bench press. They also have no centre knurl which isn’t ideal for squats either.

The lack of knurl and amount of whip makes it better for Olympic weightlifting movements like cleans.

If you want to bench and squat heavy these aren’t the bars for you.

If you wanted a general fitness bar and like a fairly passive knurl this may be ok.
