Sales & Account Support Executive

Salary: £29,000 + performance based commission
Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially aware person to help keep our sales function moving.
This role sits at the centre of the day to day sales function. You will support customer accounts with daily requests, manage incoming smaller orders and enquiries, and help the founders stay focused on the bigger commercial picture.
You will be trusted to keep things moving with pace and care. From responding quickly to customers and preparing quotes, to keeping CRM records accurate and making sure handovers to operations are clear and complete, your work will play a big part in how customers experience Stronger.

What Success Looks Like
- Customer accounts receive fast, professional, reliable, and enjoyable day to day support
- Smaller orders and enquiries are handled with pace and converted efficiently
- Quotes, proposals and follow ups are delivered accurately and on time
- CRM data is clean, current and useful
- Leadership spends more time on strategic growth and less time on admin
- Operations receives clear, accurate handovers with the information needed to deliver well
- No opportunity is missed, no customer is left behind because of slow follow up or poor organisation
- Customers feel looked after, informed and confident working with us
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Sales Execution, Accounts Support & Relationship Management (45%)
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospects, customers and strategic partners
- Support customer accounts with smaller day to day orders, top ups, requests and follow ups
- Own the flow of smaller inbound orders and leads, from enquiry through to quote, follow up and close
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests across email, phone, website and other channels
- Keep customers updated, help resolve issues, and work closely with operations to ensure orders run smoothly
- Spot opportunities for upsells, repeat orders or additional support across existing customer accounts
- Ensure customers feel looked after, supported and confident in the service they receive
Sales and Office Support (35%)
- Support the Sales Team with day to day sales administration, quote follow up, proposal preparation and general sales coordination
- Prepare quotes, proposals and customer presentations accurately and on time
- Support the sales team with tender submissions and proposal creation when needed, ensuring deadlines are met and details are handled properly
- Log all leads, quotes, follow ups and customer activity accurately in the CRM
- Ensure all quotes are inputted into CRM and all customer records are kept current and organised
- Manage inbound enquiries and allocate them appropriately where needed
- Chase outstanding quotes and follow up leads to keep opportunities moving
- Produce weekly pipeline and sales reports and help prepare information for meetings
- Keep the customer database clean, accurate and up to date at all times
Operational Handover and Delivery Readiness (10%)
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure sold work is handed over clearly, accurately and on time
- Make sure operations has the information needed to deliver what was promised, including site details, product requirements, delivery information and customer expectations
- Help create smooth communication between sales and operations so the customer experience feels joined up from start to finish
- Maintain a high standard of organisation across the sales process so nothing gets lost between enquiry and delivery
Product, Brand and Business Support (10%)
- Keep abreast of all products and services that Stronger offer
- Continually build product and industry knowledge so you can support customers and the wider team with confidence
- Deliver product training and support to customers' staff and others at site or virtually as required
- Attend internal meetings, represent the business at trade shows and support product launches where needed
- Use business systems and tools confidently to help the team work in a smarter, faster and more organised way
- Contribute ideas that improve follow up, customer experience, internal process and the overall effectiveness of the sales function
Other
- Ad hoc duties to cover staff holiday and absence
- Support the founders with bookings, registrations, and other business support administrative duties
- Travel to customer sites, installs, warehouse or any other site visit required by the Co-Founders
Supervisory Responsibilities
None at present. This role does not currently have direct line management responsibility.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, account support or customer facing role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep a high level of accuracy across multiple moving parts
- Confident preparing quotes, proposals, presentations and sales support materials
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through properly
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Confidence using CRM systems. SAP experience is a plus
- Commercial awareness and the ability to handle customer enquiries in a professional and practical way
- A proactive, hands on approach and the ability to keep momentum without constant direction
- A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, design or customer experience is a bonus
