Each barbell can hold two plates at each end making the maximum capacity of 46 lbs if you purchase two additional 10lb plates. All SoftBell free weights are interchangeable. Boost your cardio strength workout with additional SoftBell weight plates (not included). 

The patented, innovative disc design and sand or steel shot filling allows for the weight to expand and force to dissipate over the surface area of the bag. This makes the SoftBell the safest Barbell Set for all ages and surfaces.
