Freemotion Epic Selectorized -Abdominal Crunch is easy to use and padded for comfort, the EPIC Selectorized Abdominal Crunch targets the abs through a full range of motion. Rolling shin pads and textured footpegs isolate the lower body. The curved shoulder pads pivot for fit and combine with the lumbar pad to stabilize the upper body.
