This 35 cm Pilates ring allows training the main muscle groups, working the resistance by pressing it. Pilates rings add intensity to floor exercises. The resistance ring speeds up toning by targeting specific muscle groups in the upper and lower body. Useful for problem areas such as; inner and outer thighs, upper arms, chest and pelvic muscles.
The handles are robust and anatomically shaped to ensure their support between legs and arms.
