Pilates Ring - Double handle magic circle

Known by some as the magic circle, fitness circle, exercise ring, fitness ring and many more. A pilates very well known and used tool created by Joseph Pilates. It is intended to help people find their centre....we say, to find their inner beast as it will light up your muscles and workout!

This 35 cm Pilates ring allows training the main muscle groups, working the resistance by pressing it. Pilates rings add intensity to floor exercises. The resistance ring speeds up toning by targeting specific muscle groups in the upper and lower body. Useful for problem areas such as; inner and outer thighs, upper arms, chest and pelvic muscles.

The handles are robust and anatomically shaped to ensure their support between legs and arms.
